Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, Vessel Liquor Stores can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, labels are intact, and the product is within 14 days of the original transaction date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Return to Store

  Bring the item and your digital receipt to any Vessel Liquor Stores location or ship it back to our central warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
